Adam Copeland begins by thanking Jim Ross for signing him to his first big contract. He is confused about what happened on Dynamite. The point was to come over and team with Christian Cage. This sounds like a fairy tale. For nine years, he was told he could never do this again. But he is standing here in an AEW ring, with a lot of work and persistence. Christian Cage was the same. He was told he would not work again, but he is here now.

Adam reveals when he and Cage first started talking about him coming here; the plan was to tag. Copeland says Christian is a dick, but he loves him. Copeland says Cage is in his Bond villain phase. The Rated R Superstar says he’s out here for answers and calls out Christian Cage since he won’t return his phone calls.

Christian Cage appears on the Tron and tells Copeland that he hasn’t accomplished anything in All Elite Wrestling. Cage says he won’t give him an answer tonight, but he’ll give it to him Tuesday night on Dynamite.
